Hi, I’m Jan, and I believe healing should feel safe, compassionate, and empowering.

As a yoga instructor and trauma healing practitioner, I’ve spent years helping people reconnect with their bodies and find peace. But I knew there had to be a way to heal without reliving the pain. That’s why I use The Cortina Method (TCM), an approach based on neuroscience that gently rewires how trauma is stored in the brain.
